How JJ Construction Clean-Up is Redefining Commercial Spaces
JJ was founded in 2018 by a janitor himself who truly cared about the importance of a clean office or spotless bathrooms. Our CEO, Julian Montanez was that person. He soon learned the techniques, methods and all there is to know about commercial cleaning. He soon was bringing international clients for his former employer and working with clients to provide a streamline janitorial program to their new buildings. Overtime and after many years of working as an employee; and after noticing gaps in service, Julian knew there was a better way of doing things. He finally founded JJ Janitorial and has expanded this to a now family business. The business now also focuses on post construction cleaning through JJ Construction Clean Up Services.
Our Process
Steps to Your Dream Outdoor Space
1. Consult
We begin with Initial Walkthrough and site assessment. We will meet with the site manager and take note of all areas.
2. Execute
Our team will arrive on site and clean. There may be different phases to cleaning a construction site. It can be a rough cleaning or a final clean and an option for a touch up clean. Our supervisors may do walk throughs to ensure quality.
3. Final Walk through & Sign Off
We may conduct a walk through with site manager. We can get the client a sign-off or punch list for any final tweaks.
